Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ShelfyAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ShelfyAI for personal or commercial business management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on ShelfyAI
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and account

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to ShelfyAI ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Maintaining backups of your User Content

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ShelfyAI or another user
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ShelfyAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShelfyAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Data Security

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
